Partner and I went for something we usually wouldn’t do. The young woman manning the desk/taskmaster was very helpful and upbeat- you could tell she enjoys what she does. We had fun doing the escape room, would definitely go again!

Pirates of The Mediterranean: 8 PlayersYou can book online through our website by selecting your preferred room, date, and time. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. You can also call to make a booking and one of our terrific team members will assist you.
All of our missions play for a total of 60 minutes - or less if you Escape in time!
At The Great Escape, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional experience. While we do not offer refunds for bookings, we understand that plans can change.
1. Reschedule Your Booking:
If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, and we will be happy to accommodate you. Our team is here to assist you and ensure that your visit to The Great Escape is as enjoyable and seamless as possible.
2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
If you cancel or do not show up for your booking, we will not be able to issue a refund. In these cases, the booking will be considered lost.
3. Special Circumstances:
In the event of extreme or unforeseen circumstances, please contact our customer service team. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and do our best to assist you.
